What this site collects
If you send the quote form or the sample form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, company, email, telephone if you give it, country, the products you select, your message, a delivery address on the sample form, and a file if you attach one. The site does not run analytics, advertising cookies or a marketing pixel.
Why
The purpose is to answer a request for a quote or for samples, and to take the next step you asked for. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract, and a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
Where the form goes
Quote and sample forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards submissions by email to sshapira@thyaad.com. We use them to reply to you and to take the next step you asked for.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It does not load analytics, advertising, or video from other websites, so there is no cookie banner. Quote and sample forms contact FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) only when you submit them.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Opening a page sends the connection to Vercel so the static files can be delivered. Vercel is not used for analytics.
How long
Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and related business correspondence, then deleted.
Transfers
T.H. Yaad is an Israeli manufacturer. Transfers follow the European Commission adequacy decision for Israel.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email sshapira@thyaad.com. We may need to confirm it is you.
