Distributors and garment programmes put their own name on models we design, knit or weave, cut and sew. Embroidery, printing, and the layout, colour and size of the logo are part of the work.
Knit and weave
Both lines are in the mill. A custom fabric and a custom garment can stay on one schedule.
Cut and sew
Cutting and sewing are in-house, so a model drawn with you does not leave the building to be made.
Your label
Embroidery or printing. Any logo layout, colour and size. The garment leaves as your brand.
Custom models
Models are co-designed with the customer. Coat length, sleeve, neckline, pockets and contrast trim are the variables we already build. Tell us the wearer, the EPA and who will wash the garment.
Custom fabrics
Start from a knit or woven construction already in the range, or ask us to develop a cloth for the programme. Timeline agreed per project.
Minimums
MOQ depends on the product, ask us. That covers shelf colours and custom colours, for catalogue lines and for private label.
Lead time
4-6 weeks for basic and standard products. Shorter than a typical Asian supply chain, which is why distributors place the work here.
